I have had consultations with three different florists and they have all quoted me on the same vision. One quoted us at $2200 (so she is definitely out) but the other two quoted us about exactly the same at $1200. We like them both a lot and cannot decide between the two because they are different with how they work.
Florist A is a very sweet lady that my brother used for his wedding in May. She does a fantastic job with the flowers and her price includes delivery, set-up, pinning, etc. But it also includes the fact that she will be there to make sure the ceremony goes smoothly and will also transfer our floral arrangements from the ceremony site to the reception site at no additional charge.
Florist B is a younger woman that my sister-in-law used for her wedding 2.5 years ago. She has also won multiple awards in Milwaukee for her floral design with weddings as well as non-wedding floral arrangements. I feel like she has a younger, more contemporary style (which is my style) and will give me exactly what I am looking for. But her fees only include delivery and set up so I would have to hire a day-of wedding coordinator for about $100/hour.
What should I do?????
