Check out Valle Vista in Greenwood, IN (just south of Indianapolis).  That is where I'm having mine.  They have special deals if you have your wedding Dec-March.  Plus there is a "Lighting Ceremony" that is gorgeous!  Mine is going to be in February and the ceremony is $725 and includes chairs/chair covers for 225, and the lighting ceremony on the brand new veranda (and some other things).  Check out their website www.vallevista.com I'm working with Apryl and she's awesome.  If you are having a smaller wedding, their receptiions are affordable for your price range.  Depending on what menu you chose and if you have a daytime or evening wedding, it is $17.95 - $21.95 per person.  Let me know if you have any other questions.  I found an awesome officiant too if you need a name.  I also have info on hotels and prices around that area!

Depending on the size of your wedding, Prairie View Golf Club has a beautiful room.  I'm renting it for my rehearsal dinner on a Friday, and for about 50 people we are paying $2000 for everything (food, drink, etc.)  It's really a beautiful location.  The chairs and tables are all a light oak color, so no need for much decoration. It has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the golf course.  It has a sort of rustic feel.  It's so beautiful inside you really don't need much else as far as decorations go.

Also, if you are looking for a photographer, a sorority sister from college of mine recently started taking photos.  She donates about 50% of her profits to charity, too, so it's really nice.  I thought her wedding photos she has done are beautiful.  http://christykessler.wordpress.com/

The Harrison Center for the Arts offers room rental and ceremony coordination from about $600 for 13 hrs. Catering and rentals are additional, of course. The event coordinator was about to have a baby but she said someone would be checking her messages.

Check out Delaware Township Community Center in Fishers.  You can rent the entire building for all day Saturday for $600.  Plus you can bring in your own caterer and alcohol.  That is where we are having our reception at, but I have heard that people have done both the ceremony/reception there.  They have a gorgeous foyer that could be used for a cocktail hour while the caterer turned over the banquet room after the ceremony.
