How many flowers per centerpeice? PIP

How many flowers would you need to make this centerpiece. My sis is DIYing her centerpieces. Id be too scared to even attempt it. She wants to use all white Gladiolus. Endng up  to be something like this. How many do you think she will need?

Something like this but much taller and wider.

those are orchids... Gladiolus do not arch like that...
It is going to depend on your vases and how big the flower stems end up being...

these arrangements look like about 25 to 30 stems of long dendrobium orchids in each...

Gladiolus have much thicker stems so I think you would not be able to get mny more than a dosen or so into that sized vase...

buy a vase and some flowers and work on it... gladiolus would be gorgeous and easy enough to arrange... Be sure to buy them from a good source though because sometimes they are trick to get to open nicely...

She is going for that shape but again much bigger. She is looking into the green foam too.

I want to repeat what a PP stated...glads will not give you the same look as the orchids will.  So if you want that soft, graceful arc then orchids are needed.

How much taller and wider does your sister want to go?  If you go too big then the arrangement will look funny on a table that sits 8-10...you don't want the flowers to overpower the table or the room.

Also, and this is just my opinion because I worked in a florist for 8 years, glads remind me of funerals and are just not that pretty.  Snapdragons or stock are a better choice but again they have stiff stems and will not achieve the look you are going with

My suggestion is to buy some flowers and play around with it.
