Weekend Checks

So this weekend I got some checks done and I thought I would share. As I posted earlier I got my hair colored which was fun. On Saturday two of my bridesmaids got fitted and their dresses ordered. My FMIL also ordered her dress this weekend. Today we stop in the tux place and picked out my FI's tux and for the groomsman. Now I just have to get all the small things finished.

    Congrats!

    No big checks for me. I had a florist consult on Friday. Today I went to a bridal show and ended up scheduling another consult with another florist. So that's 5 florists I'm meeting with this month, ha.

    great checks!! I'm starting to feel like my weekends are just eaten up with wedding stuff and I don't actually have days "off". It's fun, but I'm starting to feel like I need a break (uh-oh).

    I got the mock-up done for my invitation and we had our first marriage prep class. The class was great, other than FI asking if we could take next week off so he could go snowmobiling... priorities... :P The Pastor asked some really good questions that got us thinking; not about us really, just about life in general.
    FI and I stopped in to look at tuxes and he is definitely set on the grey Calvin Klein ("Legend"). I'm having a hell of a time trying to find the tie I want tho... They told us not to even bring my son in until August which is crazy close to the date but I totally understand why; he can shoot up inches over night!
    I've been trying to find an on-site hair stylist and it's proving to be very difficult. I wasn't planning on doing it that way so I didn't book that early, and now all the good ones are booked! Oh well, something will come up; it's my task for the week!

    I mailed my STDs!!! Wahoo so flipping excited to get that done. Doing the addresses and the website this week was a major pain in the behind. Next, gotta finish registering and a questionnaire to my officiant this week. After that, on to florist and invitations.

    Lets try this again!!

    DD, FI, and I went to several florists on Friday... not impressed with any of them, so looks like we will also be scheduling some more! 
    We did manage to find her some new clothes for the THREE job interviews she has fthis week for internships. Yay!
    Bad news is I'm now in our local hospital with pnuemonia! LGetting all jacked up on steroids, breathing treatments, and antibiotics... woohoo! Tongue Out
