Chicago-style food catering?

Hi!  Fiance and I want a Chicago-themed reception complete with chicago style food (italian beef, hot dogs, etc).  I know there are tons of place that we can order this from but does anyone know of any caterers who actually cater this type of food?  Or are there any suggestions on how to set this up to look presentable?  I appreciate your help!  Thanks :)

    Food Evolution can do this kind of catering, as ive used them for something similar for corporate events.

    A cheaper option is using the actual chicago restaurants but im not sure how classy looking they are in terms of catering, but im sure they'd be willing to make it as nice as possible.  Buona Beef does catering and I hear its excellent, as well as Portillos.  If you have an entertainment book, there is a good discount for catering orders from Buona Beef.    good luck, I love the idea! :)

    Portillos..downtown and locationa all over the burbs. I was at a casual weddong recently they catered. Hot dogs, Italian beef, fruit trays..their website has the menus and choices etc..it was great and laid out very well..people loved the make your own hotdog etc.. they provided all the heating dishes serving pices etc. my friends had it set up on two banquet tables

    I was also going to suggest Portillo's!  FI would loooove to be at your wedding, haha!

    Ditto that their catering would have the equipment.  Our reception venue offers a "Chicago" themed late night snack option with mini hot dogs and Italian beef.  They had it set up when we were there recently and everything was laid out in silver dishes like any regular buffet would be.  It looked nice and very tasty!  Such a great idea.

    we're doing Portillios as our rehersal dinner so I love this idea!

    I'm another vote for Portillos. My mouth is salivating just thinking of it!

    What about also throwing deep-dish pizza in the mix?  It's definitely Chicago style!
