Door County lakefront ceremony

Hi everyone,

My fiance and I are highly considering a Door County wedding.  We love the beauty there.  We would like a lakefront ceremony with room for the reception inside somewhere.  We are excepting around 100 guests.  I also would like a lighthouse nearby for photo opportunities if possible.  Our dream is to have a horse and carriage ride after the ceremony.  Have any of you been to weddings in Door County or have married there?  So far I have the Stone Harbor Resort in Sturgeon Bay on my list but I'm not sure about a lighthouse there.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks so much!

    There is a lighthouse at Lake Park in Milwaukee.   You could possibly have the ceremony at Lake Park (on the bluff above Lake Michigan) or lakeside at Veterans Park and then have the reception at Lake Park Bistro with pics by the Lighthouse.  http://www.lakeparkbistro.com/

    There is a lighthouse about 15 minutes to the East of Stone Harbor on the Lake Michigan side of Sturgeon Bay, PLUS there was a horse and carriage parked outside the hotel at the wedding I went to!!! There are a few lighthouses also in Algoma and Kewaunee which are maybe 30 minutes south of Sturgeon Bay.  Green Bay has a few pretty spots, but no real lighthouses :(
