TP to my bridesmaids for failing to communicate about when we needed to drive to Charleston for my bachelorette this weekend. We were supposed to be on the way there right now but apparently we're not leaving till tomorrow. Awesome: 8 hr drive tomorrow, hang out for a day, and driving 8 hrs back the next day. Ughhhhh, I was hoping for one more day to just relax and hang out with my girls but oh well.
TP to myself for not being more motivated this weekend. Get it together, self!
Re: Throat Punch Thursday!
TP to time- Ack can't believe I have a month to pull everything together. Still have a ton to do!
and a TP to the post office and non responsive guests. I've received only 2 RSVPs this week!
Lastly, a TP to the gas company. Our meter broke and we were honest with them, and now we are getting the run around on what we offically owe. Grr...
TP to my nerves for kicking in hardcore today. I'm worrying about everything I could POSSIBLY worry about with this wedding and I really just want to be enjoying the ride - we're in pretty good shape for everything, but I'm just freaking!
TP to 50 Shades of Grey. I work in publishing and I'm getting tired of/disturbed by having to read all the really explicit BDSM stuff that everyone is putting out now. I know far more about flogging than I've ever had a desire to know.
TP to whatever sickness has attacked my parents. I feel bad they're so sick and that what they're worried about is getting me sick when I travel back and forth to NJ to finalize plans. Plus, we'll have to cancel my dad and my dance lesson and it's gonna be tough and stressful for both of us to find a time to reschedule. I really hope I didn't catch it last week when I was out there too...oy.
and TP to Duke and Coach K...just because we're playing them this weekend...and I really want to win...Doesn't really look like it'll make much of a difference in our tournament bid but senior night and bragging rights mean a whole lot still.
TP FI's job for keeping him past midnight every night so far this week. When he gets home I wake up, then he wants to turn on the fan because he's hot and I've got the heat on cause it's 40-something degrees outside and I'm freezing cold so we argue about the fan. Then I go to bed pissed and have to wake up at 5:45 to get ready for work. Okay so that was a little bit of a rant there, but still. I am cold and have wet hair, the fan stays off and you deal with it. So TP to him as well for that. Ugh.
TP to work for still having nothing really to do. Mostly busy work but production is low. Then I have to hear about it from higher up and my co-workers. What do you want me to do about it!? I do not make miracles happen people!
*sigh* Only redeeming things are I'm seeing my super-awesome cousins this weekend, going to our friend's wedding and my puppy turns one on Wednesday. Is this week over yet?

TP to work for being slow and boring and making this time before the wedding even longer!!
That's pretty much the only punches I have right now, I'm sure that will change as the day goes on haha

Ha, I'm reading a vampire novel today...we got those too!
TP - Work. Not only did you say that you were taking away one of my lines and you did not - Now you are making me the Point on the line. That means I get to do all of the work for the whole US on this line. I already can't handle what I have. Way to go for giving me more right before I leave for 2 weeks to get married and go on my Honeymoon. Guess what? I am not busting my ass to work ahead if that's how you wanna play. There is not time for that now. What gets done gets done, the rest waits until I get back unless someone atually helps me out for once.
TP - FI's work. I don't want him to go out of town tomorrow and Saturday. Whaaaaa.
TP - stores for not having cute dresses. Where do people shop for summery dresses?
110 Invited!

haha! well you are just screwed on the book end then ;)
And adawn- check out Dress Barn!! Do you have one near you? Or online. They have tons of cute stuff!
TP- To the retail stores here: can't find anything for the hsower or bachelorette party ugh
and TP- to trying to find a new job in a tiny village that I am moving too...ugh I just want to stay in Sioux Falls
adawn - one of the girls posted 6pm.com as a place to check for cute dresses. I found a dress I LOVED on the site and got it in yesterday. I was nervous since you obviously can't try it first but they have a good return policy but my fears were quickly calmed because I love the dress as much as I loved it on the model. I am almost as excited to wear that as I am the wedding dress. :-)
No bridesmaids, just my flower girl
Sorry I am going to TP my FI--I just feel unsupported and that he is just hanging out letting me do all the work and watching me get stressed out and not even bringing it up to talk to me about it. We also tried to go review our music list last night and he had the nerve to tell me that he didnt like the must play list and we are on different pages. This list was put together by the both of us a while ago. Another TP to him for not making it easy to get our marriage license!
RSVP Deadline: March 8
TP being unemployed. I am so tired of being broke.
Just jumping with my thoughts on 50 shades as well. I started it because everyone kept saying how "amazing" it was. Yeah, its still sitting half unread on my kindle. Biggest waste of $10 ever.

To defend 50, I had a hard time getting into the first one because it is so shocking. I decided to push through it and I'm glad I did. The second and third ones are much better because I wasn't into all of the BDSM stuff. The writer brings more and more of the love story into it and makes the majority of it "vanilla," which I appreciated.
I will agree, though, it freaks me out when I see old women reading it in public. I definitely only read it in the privacy of my own home, haha.
TP to the universe, the morning of my grandpas funeral my mom and I had to rush our cat to the vet and we had to put her to sleep, to add insult to injury it was a genetic heart problem so 50% chance our other cat has it too. A giant TP to the employers who interview for positions that they don't have solid funding for, if I hear "we'd love to hire you but the grant didn't come through" I'm going to literally TP someone TP to the tour office in the Vatican that we've been trying to get tickets from for our honeymoon being generally difficult I'll add to the general hate on 50 Shades, if I have another old lady asking for book recommedations telling me how much she just loved it I may vomit.

I'm so sorry to hear about your cat. I hope your other one is okay though.
I would just like to tell you all, I am reading 50 shades as we speak. Hehehe!! I have them all on pdf, lots of other books too, and am reading them right now when it's slow at work. I think they are just as ok as Twilight. I skip over most of the sex scenes because those get old fast. The writing is truly terrible, as is Twilight. But decent enough to get me through a boring work day!
Posted by orangehills
<div>Agreed, although I think Twilight was waaaaay worse. Really Stephenie Meyer? Great job on a cool plot but seriously...learn to write!!!</div><div>
</div><div>
</div><div>P.S. Apparently my TP worked, I got 5 RSVP envelopes in the mail. All were No's except for one, which was from one of my former BMs and her husband and baby son :-)</div><div>
</div><div>Also sorry to hear about the kitty :-( Losing a pet is definitely the worst!!!</div>

Mine must have worked too, because I got 3 RSVPs back. Two were no's, but they were expected. The other was for a couple and only one of them can make it.

A TP to the guy who interviewed me for the PERFECT job that would have put us back on track with our budget for forgetting to call me back, resulting in someone else getting the job. And let me punch him a second time for apologizing and saying he wished he had called me back because I was a better fit than the person he ended up hiring. Yeah. That really helps me out now.
TP to the rude people who can't find time over the course of 5 weeks to send back the friggin RSVP card. I better have a STUFFED mailbox tomorrow (the deadline) or an awful lot of people are going to get some not so happy phone calls first thing Saturday morning.
TP to Wedding Linens Direct for refusing to take back the linens I ordered. I ordered Tiffany blue, they sent me sage green with a label that says Tiffany blue and even after sending pics, they refuse to exchange them.
A big TP to the landlord's brother (who lives upstairs from us) for taking down the homemade bird feeder that dd worked so hard on at school. It was haning in a tree away from the building - why couldn't you just leave it alone, ya Scrooge?
58 invited
20 can't make it
RSVP Deadline: March 8th
BTW, for all you Twilight readers, I haven't read Twilight either, but I love Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead, which is another YA vampire series. So any twilight fan who's looking for something new should check it out. I went through them all really quickly and am now anxiously awaiting the release of all of her new books (I believe it's called the golden lily series...I know the Golden Lily is the first book).
