    When should we have a "deadline" for people to let us know their availability?  Maybe next Monday, Feb. 28th?  We shouldn't wait too long since we're trying to plan something for March.  Just my two cents :)

    I agree. I just know that we just let like two more people in...and we have I think one or two more aiming for it that are close.

    I guess Monday is a good choice. But it needs to be by Monday. Monday we can make another post about which days came in the lead and starrt talking location, etc.
