Our Officiant Is Giving Us Anxiety - Please Help!

Hi Ladies!

Have any of you heard of/ worked with a wedding officiant named Ryan Kaplan, of Special Ceremony? He's based out of Suffern, NY.  My FI and I found him here on The Knot, and we signed a contract with him last fall to perform our non-denominational ceremony this June.  Initially he was great - very responsive and enthusiastic, so we paid him his deposit and felt like we were all set.  However, now that we're getting closer to our wedding date, we have been trying to get in touch with him to meet about ceremony specifics, and get some help with our vows.  He's been thoroughly unhelpful - promises to send us things or call us back and never does. 
We're getting nervous - and wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with him.  Help please!

    I am pretty sure my friend used him for her wedding and he did a great job. It was almost 4 years ago and I remember her being really happy with him.  I'm not sure about the contact before the wedding though.

    we had the same issues with ryan and he was a no call no show on our wedding day.  DO NOT BOOK HIM!
