Finally found a great -- and affordable -- florist! Now looking for a DJ!

Haven't posted here because I've been so busy planning!  We have Dana Point Yacht Club booked, with catering and cake decided, but wanted to get flowers decided before starting the hunt for the perfect dress plus the bridesmaid dresses.

I'm having nine bridesmaids and nine ushers and need floral arrangments for 20 tables.  Plus, I want several big displays for the ceremony area and the usual corsages, bouts.  Basically, I need a ton of flowers!

Spoke with several florists and had major sticker shock.  Finally met with Iva Bloom in Dana Point.  The owner actually made up several arrangements in my colors for my appointment.  My favorite was orchids in really tall clear cylinder vases.  His prices are totally amazing. You might want to check it out.

So, now, looking for a DJ.  Any ideas?  Then, it's on to my gown!

    Hey that is great.  I love my florist too, Bride and Bloom Flowers--she is in Long Beach  where my venue is.  My mock up is on my bio website if anyone wants to see.  As for DJs,  a lot of knotties talk about a guy who's name escapes me but I think he is from So. Cal Events????  You may want to look at some older posts to find him.

    Try John with After Dark Entertainment. He was great for a friend's wedding and also for my wedding!

    We are using Joe from Atmosphere Entertainment. Heard nothing but great things about him and he has been super helpful for us. We are getting married in July. He is also very reasonable compared to what I found out there! :)

    We really liked our DJ - he kept the party going and the dance floor packed! Jason from Visions Entertainment. Great lighting too.
