Need Cheap Shepherds Hooks

I am in desperate need of super cheap shepherds hooks for hanging small lanterns.  I am on a super tight budget and the wedding is at night in an outdoor venue, so we need the light and the ambiance.  Any suggestions?  I have read that people found them for $1-4 a piece last spring, but I cannot find anything for less than $10! Does anyone have any used they are willing to sell cheap or even rent?  I am in central Texas.  Thanks!

    You can look on ebay,etsy or there is a site I am going to be using for decorations they have great bulk pricing.

    Thank you so much for the save-on-crafts site!  I found where I am going to get my centerpiece vases and feathers!
