Floral Recs

In the process of choosing a florist for our wedding and wondering who everyone is using or has used in the past. Any recommendations for more affordable places are greatly appreciated.

I barely had a budget for floral. I even thought of ordering online through Costco but after talking to my coordinator she suggested Melanie with Last Petal. I met with Melanie and I gave her my budget for floral for wedding party and reception decor . She came back with a fantastic quote that met my budget. I booked her immediately.

I also have a very small budget for flowers, practically non-existent. I am using Flowers by Nancy, too! and they were really helpful in getting me what I wanted for the price I could afford.

I have a small budget for flowers and am using Martha at ParkCrest floral. I couldn't believe what we are getting for the price we are paying. She is so nice & creative!

I'm using Rebekah Fountain with The Glass Fountain. She is incredibly sweet and her prices are great. We had a really small flower budget, but she is making it work. She did not have a minimum when I booked her, but she does now ($650). Regardless, we are getting a ridiculous amount of flowers for an amazing price.

I, too, am using Glass Fountain. You'll find she has a huge fan base on here.

I'm using Rebekah with the Glass Fountain too. She is amazing. We are getting SO many flowers for SO cheap. She was about $600 less than the next cheapest quote I got.

I used the Glass Fountain at my wedding also!

My only recommendation with her.. follow up a week out from the wedding and make sure she has your order correctly. through out the planning process we changed a few things in our flowers and by the end.. my bouquet was supposed to be solid ivory. When it was delivered.. it had pink orange and green! They were faint hues to the flowers.. but not the solid ivory I had changed too a few months before the wedding. Anyway.. She is awesome and I still highly recommend her.. just also recommend to follow up and make sure everything is correct :)

I haven't chose my florist yet either. But i was thinking about getting a qoute from Glass Fountain, so before i did i talked to my venue/my day of cordinator and she told me no matter what NOT to use Glass Fountain. She said GF is almost to the point where they are not going to allow them to do the flowers at that venue. I didn't ask for elaboration but that defientely turned me off to GF and she highly recomended Exquisite Petals.

That's really strange. I've never heard anyone say anything bad about her, with the exception of Jennifer about her bouquet. Maybe all the other brides on this board just had unusually good experiences?

Petal Pushers is awesome! I met with Stacy and she is the sweetest person ever. Really easy to work with and I had a small budget.

I'm going with Breathtaking Blooms. Linda is so creative and she will work with any budget. http://www.breathtakingblooms.com/. I just gave her a general idea of the colors I want and some flowers I like and I completely trust her to do the rest. I've been to several weddings she's done and I'm always impressed.
