Any Belle Mer brides out there that want to share their favorite food items. I have heard some are so so and some are great, wouldlove some recommendations Thanks!

    I had my tasting about a month back and it was incredible!!!  We ended up adding onto our tasting so we could try more stuff.

    We tried:

    Pancetta Wrapped Sea Scallop - delicious
    Duck Confit Slider - AMAZING!! but there's a lot of bread, so I don't think we are going to it for cocktail hour

    Herb Crusted Baby Lamb Chop - really good

    Crispy Crab Cake - Good, but I've had better in Newport
    Arancini (Prosciutto, Asparagus and Mozzarella) - delicious!

    Baby Oak Leaf Lettuces - This is the salad we are going with, beautifully laid out and delicious
    Garden Lettuces - It was pretty, but not as good

    Stuffed Eggplant Rollatini - very yummy, but a bit spicy
    Organic Herb Roasted Chicken - AMAZING!!!
    Grilled Filet of Beef - this was incredible
    Crab Crusted Local White Fish - SO GOOD!!!  We picked this and chicken as our entrees
    Lamb Chop - THE MOST WONDERFUL THING I'VE EVER EATEN!! But far out of our budget.

    We didn't try any of the cold apps.  We also tasted 2 wines and it made us decide to do wine service with dinner because it was wonderful!

    Ohhh good idea to post!  We are having our tasting in March so I will definitely let you know.  Like Lomboat, we are adding menu items to our tasting since we want to taste more than what was included.
