Rant: My mom just left after visiting a week. I am sad to see her go. But my son is taking it harder. :( My back is killing me. Its the worst it has been in over 6 months. When ever my back has a flair up I get completely stressed out. I am so afraid it will get so bad again I will be going down the aisle in my wheelchair.

Rave: its the weekend. I have a bunch of fun stuff to do this weekend. And a whole list of diy I can tackle :)

    Ha, I was just going to start this!

    Rant:  I really cannot seem to get my butt in gear and get any wedding stuff done.  I still don't have a DJ, officiant, or MUA!  

    Rave:  It's Friday.  FI doesn't have poker tonight, which means he will be home with me!  Yay!  And today and yesterday have been our Spring conference days at work & they've been going really well.  AND I got mutliple job offers for next year (since my campus is closing), and I chose the one that means I get to stay with my current school.  =)  OH, AND GTG this weekend!  I almost forgot!

    Yes, it is like that....weird...

    Rant:...I have sooo much stuff to get done for school..and Its spring break. shouldn't i have a break!

    Rave: I am takiing my mom and sister to go see our venue tonight. SO excited! and FI and I are getting a private tasting at a caterer tonight. They said they don't usually do it but the chef decided he wanted to for the night we scheduled. lucky us!!

    Rant: It's pouring + St. Patrick's Day is soon, which means the commute home tonight will be hell.

    Rave: FI is down from Vancouver this weekend and tomorrow is our first meeting with a potential wedding coordinator. Exciting!

    Rant: Woke up with a headache and my back is killing me as well. Been in a blah, still emotional roller coaster this week. And I'm broke. I HATE being broke. Oh well, money should come soon!

    Rave: Getting my new laser printer monday, yay! Ordered my earrings for my wedding. Hmm, maybe this is why i'm broke? Lol! I'll put the pic in my bio. I'm REALLY excited for those! They're topaz so they're my something blue by Ippolita. I lucked out too, they were the last pair on Nordstrom's website! Ah! Have more printing envelopes for invites to do. I'm enjoying it. And our GM situation is now fixed. One of the gm's had to drop out, money, future up in the air, so FI is asking our back up, he's already an usher, to step in. And I'm actually really happy about this. And I have another weekend with nothing to do, LOVE IT! And unfortunately it'll be my last nothing weekend for quite a while!

    rant: lots of stuff to do and not enough time to do it. Supposed to meet with the MUA today but who knows, her schedule changes and who knows.. i might have to just go to gene juarez or something. i really want to get my invites done but i think i might need professional help.. or a knottie who loves me...?? any takers.. (its ok, i'll figure it out..)

    rave: met with a dj/lighting person for lighting. Booked uplights! Yay! Purchased the comb for my veil, leaving in a minute to go drop off the template for the stamp. hopefully FI will agree to go look at rings today.. he needs to decide what he wants so we can order it.

    Rant:  Gained 2 pounds this morning becasue i didnt workout yesterday. Diet wise was fine.  I have been soo unsucessful in trying to lose weight it is ridiculous. I seriously feel i need to do something drastic in order to lose any weight.

    Rave: Looking forward to the GTG and hopefully taking my pup to the park this weekend if the weather allows.

    Rant: Shoulder/neck crap is pissing me off! Now it's causing pain in my forearm. Wondering if all the mousing is what's been causing this problem to show up again. BUT it also means when I get home, I avoid the computer so I can't work on my invites!!! Despite being the graphics person, we don't have any sort of vector program at work. And no space on my harddrive to install it if I did! It sucks because I have downtime at work lately when I could be at least working on my invite and productive on something rather than just mucking about on FB bored.

    Rant/Rave? I have 3:30 am shift tomorrow because GTGs ALWAYS get planned for the one day a month I have that shift!!! Knock it off!! I also have a massage at 1 and while I thought I'd come to the GTG late, I may not make it if I felt like I did after my last massage, ie not safe to drive. So yay massage, wish I could yay about the GTG but I'm probably going to miss it :(

    Rave: We FINALLY heard back from the bank and the FINALLY approved our acceptance of their counter-offer. (Huh? I don't get it really) so NOW we can do our inspection and have a new closing date of April 14th! We may get a house after all!

    Rant: I didn't do as well as I wanted/should have on a french test I took yesterday...pooy! Also, it's starting to get crappy rainy out and lacrosse season just started. So now I get to stand out in the yucky weather for 2 plus hours Mon-Fri for 3 months...yipee skippy...

    Rave: IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!!! AND there's a GTG tomorrow! SO excited!

    Rant: There is tons of housework to do, but I have no motivation to do it.

    Rave: We are going to a tasting with our caterer tonight, meaning free dinner and I don't have to cook for once. Don't get me wrong, I love cooking, but a break from it isn't bad :)

    Rant: Big one - Grad school finals!  This has meant limited knotting time for me this week.  :-(  All day class Saturday but I hope to be done with the last of it by Monday.

    Rave: FI got promoted and will be switching to dayshift sometime around May!  I'm so happy, now we can have a normal schedule together.

    Rant: I have been eating horribly lately, and I know I'm going to be busy for the next month or two... so very little work out time.  And FI and I still have a bunch of stuff to unpack.

    Rave: DOC interviewing, and the first one offered to lower her prices... but I still have more to interview so we'll see.
    I'm really excited about the wedding event that Gossamer Collective is having on 3/20, but I still have to wait a week.

    There are so many good things to rave about after reading everyone's posts! Congratulations on job offers/promotions, closing on houses, birthday celebration and of course wedding checks!

    Rant: This weather (rain and darkness) sucks! We lose an hour of sleep when we spring ahead on sunday. Boo! I am struggling to lose weight althought I went and worked out for 2 hours last night.

    Rave #1: FI got his first job offer and the price is pretty good. In the next few weeks he is being flown out (of Pullman) to the westside for two more job offers. One in Bremerton and one in Sedro Woolley. We are pretty sure he will have two more job offers after those interviews (since they are spending so much on him and have both already interviewed him once). The offer today was for a job in Idaho which is too far from our families but it is nice to have an offer and number to use as leverage for the other companies. Sorry that was long but we are tired of being broke grad students and stuck in Pullman.

    Rave #2: This weekend I am buying our e-pic outfits that we get to do at the end of the month (which is slowly sneaking up on us).
