First off, I can't say enough about Alessandra's Bridals in Warren. My consultant was Kendra, but everyone in there was incredibly nice. I had a perfect experience and couldn't have asked for more.
We're still bouncing back and forth between September 2012 and May 2013 due to a few different variables, but I decided to go shopping to get a preliminary idea of what I wanted. Turns out, if the wedding is in September, this is actually a good time to go. My mom was beyond geeked up about it, so we went to a couple salons this week.
She kept saying how she was waiting for that teary-eyed moment like they have on tv and she was disappointed...until I put on the last dress. We didn't intend to buy anything yesterday, but the lady gave me a huge deal if I took the floor model that I had on. It's diamond white, which is perfect because I was between white and ivory and would have had a difficult time choosing if I had to order it.
Of course it need to be hemmed and the bodice needs to be altered a little bit, but I'm very happy.
I don't know the designer because they said its an exclusive design collection (read: not a Mon Cheri or a Maggie, etc) to Alessandra's. I didn't buy it for that reason, I got it cause I loved it and my mom didn't want to leave without it lol. Plus we got the really good deal on it, which was nice.
Excuse my gross facial expressions, I honestly was happy, I was just sick and the appointment was really long.
