    Aww, thanks Joyfulbride.  I'm touched.  I felt a lot better on Saturday and Sunday, but today was bad.  I ate food that would normally be okay (mashed potatoes and some corn), but it caused a lot of pain  It's discouraging, but I have to take one step at a time.
