  • I went back to the gym last night!! I did legs and cardio. I did my best not to use my shoulders for anything. My legs and butt are really sore today... my shoulders are kind of sore too, but I had physical therapy yesterday as well, so hopefully it's just from that. I want to go again today, but I'm not sure what I can do. Maybe I can try to do triceps, abs and cardio. My triceps are really underdevloped compared to the rest of my arm, so it might actually be good to get back to doing them before I start everything else again. I'm going to ask my PT on Thursday whether I can do biceps again... I do have a little bicep tendonitis, so I don't want to aggravate that. It felt so good to be back in the gym though!

    I'm not feeling great today, I woke up at 7:10 with a headache, took medicine and couldn't fall back to sleep until almost 8. I had to wake up at 9:15 for work, and I was exhausted when the alarm went off. I still kind of have a headache and I feel sick to my stomach... I'd really like to take a nap when I get home.
