    nope. Find any kind of adhesive that will dry clear, brush it on (I suggest over paint, incase there are gaps in the glitter) then use regular dry glitter. You probably COULD use glitter paint, but I never have, so I can't say for sure how it would work. There is a new glitter spray paint that most craft stores sell by Krylon that is supposed to be amazing. I saw one blogger I know use it to make the bottoms of black shoes glittery turquoise and they looked amazing. Might be worth a shot too. :)
