White toenails or French pedi?

So I this Friday I am getting a pedi and meni with MOH. I am wearing venetician purple open toe heels with my dress.

I can't decide if I should have white colored toes to save money or splurge and have a french pedi.

Which looks best ladies?

Personally, I would splurge for the french tips. It's only like $5 extra, right? If they both cost the same, which would you want?

I'm not a big fan of the french pedi, so I'm going to suggest you go with a pale lavendar - I think that'd be really pretty with a dark purple shoe.

But since they're your feet, if you like the french pedi, go for it.

I don't like French on toenails, personally. I ditto Carrie - I think a pale lavender would be lovely!! Just make sure it's a reddish one (if Venetian Purple is a red-tone, I can't remember). Alternately, I also think a sheer color would be pretty, in a sparkly silver or an iridescent neutral. I would avoid matte white on the whole toe an all accounts. (I splurged the $3 to have little flowers painted on my big toes and loved it. I had blue polish with white flowers.)

In the fashion industry the french tips are so over, only inexperienced 'splurgers' go for that look.
I would do somethig more original, like pale sparkly something with a hint of your wedding colors?

I agree on the light purple or a shimmery pale color of some kind. French tips can look a little dated.
