  We ordered ours from Intricate Icings (they're in Erie which is just a little north of Denver).  We tasted their Zucchini Lime cake at a wedding show and were hooked.  Ended up with two flavors/fillings and it was beautifully decorated as well as moist and delicious on the day of.  Plus, the people there are really great to work with, you can tell they love what they do and want the client to be happy.  I highly recommend.

  We are going with Elegant Bakery in Lakewood. We did a tasting this morning and all three flavors we tried were amazing!

  We also used Intricate Icings and were very happy.  We did a cupcake tower (chocolate and vanilla) with a cutting cake (carrot), and had cake pops on the side (zucchini lime and pumpkin spice).  They did a beautiful job and everything tasted great.

  We got our cake from Das Meyer, http://www.dasmeyerpastry.com/, and it looked and tasted fabulous.  Base price is about $4 per person, which is a good price for a wedding cake I'm told. Specialty flavors increase the price, and decoration can really drive up the price as well, so be aware of that--although I have to say that their decoration of our cake was awesome!
