hey guys -
so piggybacking off of the biggest loser theme this year i thought i would ask everyone what is the biggest or most frequent excuses you make to sabotage your efforts and what can or do you do to get rid of the excuse?
mine is that "im stressed" so carbs magically fly into my mouth. i am telling myself that stress is no excuses and that when i eat crap it is a choice i am making knowing i will feel terrible the next day. i gave in today and i know i will feel gross tomorrow but i have gotten rid of the EXCUSE.. "i already messed up.." yes i did but i can choose to get back on track immediately and continue losing weight or i can choose to conitnue eating crap and feel bad about myself..

i was wondering if you guys had any examples? maybe every time we want to make an excuse we can post on here before we act on the rationalization?
