I think it depends on what you think of as a "good" photographer.  Do you have a specific budget in mind?  If you can spare somewhere between 3 and 4 grand, there are a number of great photojournalistic photographers in the area that fall i that range.  Some of the photosgraphs that knotties have used in the past, been happy with, and whose photos have been just lovely:

Doug Burns, Candid Moments Photography (who I used - happy to share pics)
    Sarah Schulte
    Mike Landis
    Sandor Welsh
    Rich Lavigne
    Jennifer Childress
    Sharyn Frankel
Ryan Estes (might be over budget at this point)
Tony Hoffer (will definitely be over 4 grand but is worth every cent.)

I LOVE our photographers for our wedding.  They keep posting more and more stuff and I just cannot get over how talented they are.  They are also EXTREMELY reasonably priced.  Once we finalize our package it'll be around $1500, with a photobooth.  Our engagement pictures which were part of the package turned out great!  Check out their blog...

I answered this over on CC I believe, but again, Matt Wright at Fig Tree Photography (<---clicky)

Very laid back and takes amazing photos.  We had so much fun with him on our e-shoot.  You can check out those pics in my planning bio (link in my siggy).  We booked him last summer and his prices were very reasonable then.  I'm not sure if he's changed them since.

My fiance and I met with both Arun Paul and 32 Counties before we decided on 32 counties..I would recommend both photographers their personalities are super and their work is great....they both have websites and flexible packages anywhere from 1000-4000

I've loved you since I was 8 years old...

No matter who you book, you need to put together a must-shoot list.  I know people that have hired the best photographer around, but ended up disappointed in the shots because the photographer never got around to the pictures that the couple really wanted.  It's similar to walking into a hair salon and asking for haircut without showing your stylist a picture - you might have one idea of the vision you're communicating, and your stylist might have a different idea altogether.  I'm a day-of-coordinator, so I spend time shadowing photographers during your big day to make sure they get those important pictures.  If you don't have a day-of-wedding coordinator, make sure you communicate your must shoot list to your selected photographer!

I am in love with my photographer Tina Jay Photgoraphy.  Everytime I see her pictures show up on Facebook I start to tear up because they are so amazing.  And she was very reasonably priced with a lot of a la carte options!

Kara's a friend of mine from college and she takes amazing photos! Her 2012 wedding packages start at $1,999.00 for a six-hour event.

I'm not sure what you consider a "reasonable" price, but she does really high quality work.
