Has anyone had a reception at Cuvee?

I've never been there, just wondering the price range, how big it is, etc....

I haven't been there for a reception, but my brother and his fiancee are currently considering it.  I think it's mid-high range pricing.  You would have to get it catered since they do not have a banquet menu.  Also, the bar does not serve draft beer, i.e  all the beer is bottled, and thus, more expensive.

Hope this helps.  I've heard it's a beautiful location!

I contacted them for info - they were out of my budget.  They were very quick to respond to questions and sending info.  Great space, but all the things you would need to bring in added up in a hurry!

I am surprised to hear they were quick to respond. Myself and others on TK have commented that they were terrible at communicating. I believe the room rental alone (at least when we checked over a year ago) was around $2000. It is beautiful, but so out of our budget. We love going there so after our reception we took our limo there and it was like our own private after-party because as usual the bar area was dead.

Cuvee is absoluely beautiful, no doubt, but that is the only positive thing I can say.

Its owners are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. We even had a contract and they tried to change the pricing. I'm so glad we decided to have our wedding elsewhere.

The space is expensive--with a high rental fee and an unreasonable bar package.

There is no customer parking. You can either hire a valet service or direct guests to park at a structure about two blocks away.

The room is somewhat oddly shaped, long and narrow. You'd need a small-medium guest count to pull it off.

    Good luck!

I didn't have my reception there, but I stopped by to see a reception through Zilli's Catering. They invited me to see the operation and how the room was set up. It's not too big or small (maybe 150-175 guests). The only thing is the bridal couple did not reserve the complete space, so the bar area was open to the public.
These brides are right. There is no reserve parking space and the owners aren't that professional. I called ahead of time to see if I can get in early to see the cater setup and they never got back to me. I showed up after dinner was done and most of the guests already left.

    Good Luck!
