I remember when I was lurking, and that was one of the first pictures I noticed of the dyed crinny. I'm still a little sad I didn't do that. But I love yours.
Thanks Steph! That was my very first DIY project, and let me tell you, there was nothing scarier than dunking that stark white crinoline into a big washing machine full of orange dye. One second it's snowflake and the next is Florida naval orange! I was rediculously happy with the results though, and I even dyed my two flower girls crinnies to match. How cute were they? I highly recommend this project, and it was super cheap and easy.
I should also credit my photog's second (Evan Uribe) for climbing like a monkey up on to a pillar to get that shot.
