does anyone knows what the number of $ represent ...It does not tell you how much $ , $$, $$$ indicates ...please help

I've seen the $s mean different things for different designers. I think that most of the dresses I saw though had $ = under 1000 $$ = under 1500 and so on and so forth.

But it really really just depends on the designer - and sometimes it even means different things for different collections from a designer.
