December Ceremony Ideas?

Hello Knotties! I have moved my date to December 28, 2013 to accomidate family travel arrangements and not cannot find a good (reasonably priced) ceremony site. Any ideas? We were hoping to use my church but they will not allow December weddings. I have called a few other Churches in the area but no such luck. We are hoping to keep the ceremony under $900 for the venue. We have a child and are paying for this ourselves so tight, tight, tight the budget is.

What is your denomination? Or could you have a simple ceremony at your reception site.

Im Methodist but I would just like a church wedding. The Stockyard Station is our reception site. We are having no more than 100.

Did you look at Marty Leonard Chapel? Even if it's a little more, I think it's worth it.

Agree with the Marty Leonard Chapel. I think the cost also goes to charity, maybe?

I'm a December 2013 bride, too! I haven't heard from any churches that they don't do December weddings, but I'm in Dallas.
