Im going for a cake tasting on tuesday @ Sin. Any feed back on them?? Also i am trying to set up a cake tasting with Shemry but she is not responding to my emails and i have also let her a message on her answering machine last week and still havent heard a response im sure she is super busy but any feedback on her cakes too ??

I never met with Sin but we chose Shemry after meeting with her...she might be away or really busy...She got back to me in less than 24 hours...her cake was delicious and she's a sweetheart!

I love Sin. She makes the BEST butter cream frosting in my opinion. As in it is not death by sugar. The subtle sweetness and rich moist cakes are unbeatable.

I used Shemry and was really pleased with the flavors of the cake as well as the price. I had her make my wedding cake and grooms cake. I remeber I went through a period of time when she was hard to get in touch with but when the wedding approached she was always VERY quick to respond. We used Sin for my Bridal Shower cake, Groom's Cake, and Wedding Cupcake Tower & Cutting Cake. The artistry is fabulous and the cake tastes oh SO delicious.

We met with both for our groom's cake. We went with Shemry - I cannot say enough how pleased I was. The taste was great, I loved the design, and the price could have been much higher!

Everything I've read about Sin is that their chocolate cake is to die for. We wanted a lighter cake (not chocolate) so we didn't even have a tasting with Sin. Plus, they were out of our budget. We used Shemry (lemon sour cream cake) and LOVED her. She might be OOT? We got a 5 tier cake for under $400. (We booked her two years ago though.)

Our RD cake was from Scrumptions - that one was chocolate. Delish. Did you check them out? I think they are also on the pricey end though. My MIL chose (and paid for) the RD cake. :-)

Sin made the cake for my friend's shower. It was a last minute order on our part for a Saturday in August (!) and she was still able to make it for us. It was beautiful as well as delicious! She was so nice and even took pictures of the cake while she was making it (very cool keepsake for the bride). It's posted on her blog as "The making of a tiffany cake" or something like that.
