Hey I saw your post earlier asking about the info we gave our MC.
I actually sent him several emails because I kept remembering little details. But I'll try to summarize.
We gave him a schedule like this (with times, of course)
(Time) Staff & DJ ask guests to be seated for dinner
DJ introduced MC
Entrance of bridal party (with all names in order)
Grace before meals & name of person leading grace
Dinner (we told him how many courses there would be)
Speeches (all names, in order)
Slide show presentation by videographers
I also gave him a picture of the layout of the hall so that he could make the necessary housekeeping announcements about where the bathrooms were, etc.
