Tipping Photographers?

I am from Oregon, and my local photographer is flying with me to my Hawaiian destination wedding.  What is the etiquette with tipping photographers?  If you should tip, how much?

Any help or specific examples of what you did would be apprecaited.

    My photographer owns her business so I won't be tipping her. I'm not sure how much tips should be if your photographer does not own her business.  Are you paying for your photographer's flight and hotel? If so, I probably wouldn't tip on top of that because she is getting a vacation out of it (other than working on your wedding day).

    We're not tipping them because they own their own business so they get 100% of what we give them.

    Are you paying for his or her flight & hotel while he or she is in Hawaii??  If you are, then no, I definitely would not tip.  1) because you're spending a hefty penny for that 2) HELLO it's Hawaii, I think that is tip enough in itself!

    If you aren't paying for any of it their accommodations, I would tip.

    Not sure...they own their own business and are traveling (just a state away, but still).  We are paying $125 for a "travel fee", which honestly, would probably pay for their gas to get there and back and that's about it.
