My DIY wedding Jewelry PIP

As requested here is a pic of the wedding jewelry I did last night.  The necklace took about an hour and the earrings about 15 mins.   Fi thinks something is missing for the necklace, but I don't know.. what do you think? Any and all suggestions are welcomed!

    Great job!  I agree with your FI about the necklace.  I might have done maybe a third less space between the pearls so that there were a few more pearls on each strand.

    I think it turned out really great!

    As far as the necklace, I prefer the design that you did because it is simple and pretty without being a distraction.

    If you wanted to try a pendant, you could add something like that to appease FI but I don't think it's necessary.

    wow - these look really fantastic! congrats!

    i don't think you need to do anything else to the necklace, but if you do anything at all, i would agree with ally - it would look like there was more going on if the pearls were all closer together. but i think as is, it will look classic and pretty without being too much of a distraction.

    Thx girls.. I know I didn't want to do too much because of my dress and I dind't want to take away from it but I also didn't want to make it look like there was too much going on either.

    The top of the dress (for the ceremony) is embellished with pearls and rhinestones and then for the reception when I take the ballgown off, the embellishments continue for the rest of the dress..

    I love what you did, I think they came out great! 

    Maybe post a pic of the necklace ON someone's/your neck?  It's hard to tell how it's going to lay.

    I think it looks great! I can see how you don't want the jewelry to outshine the dress, but I think some more pearls wouldn't hurt. Either by having more space in between like Ally suggested, or by having them in pairs instead of one at a time.

    Wow that was fast! Good job! I agree with other PPs, a little less spacing would help. But if you're fine with the way it is, then don't change a thing.
