  Option 2, I think.  It seems like the option where everyone is invited to everything, rather than only some people invited to the wedding and the rest invited to a party the next day.

  I like option #2 better.  I don't really see any reason to exclude people from the ceremony since the ceremony isn't the part that costs money, the reception is.

  Option 2, but what is wrong with the reception space that it isn't acceptable for the ceremony, too? Changing from 1 outdoor location to another seems like more hassle than it is worth.

  Option #2.  Let everyone see you say your vows   Besides, like Dani said, the ceremony isn't the expensive part.
