How do I get my planning bio in my sig?

Ok, I might just be a little slow or completely overlooking something. I've started to put together a bio using weebly. I know a bunch of you have links to your bio in your signature where you just have to click "PLANNING BIO" and it takes you there. How do you do that?

If you click on your name it will bring up your profile. At the top it says "edit avatar and sig"

Click on that and copy this into the signature box:

<a href="*Webpage URL*" />Bio </a>

Just remove the stars and paste your URL there. Then where it says "Bio" that is what will show the name of the link on each of your posts.
