  I had my wedding there Oct 2011 (originally Aug 2011 but rescheduled due to hurricane irene). I had both floors - 2nd floor cocktail hr, 3rd floor reception.  We had 145 guests.  I think you could probably fit another 20 guests max but that is getting tight for a seated dinner and for the dance floor if you have a crowd that likes to dance.  We had our wedding on a Sunday, and did the seated dinner package but scaled back our cocktail hour to include passed h'orderves and cold displayin center of the room (no raw bar or chaffing dishes).  

  
  

  Frances (one of the owners) and Shantal were a pleasure to work with.  They were flexible and willing to work within our budget.  The service was impeccable and they made what could have been a nightmare (our choice to reschedule due to hurricane irene) into the smoothest process.  

  
  

  The food is good, especially cocktail hour, but I think what really differentiates Waterside is the city views, amazing photo opportunities, service and quality/upgrades of the venue (all completed late 2011 early 2012 including marble floors, new carpets, built in uplighting, Flat Screen TVs, floor to ceiling windows, first floor bar, etc).  Also they are a family owned buisiness that treats you like family.
