Online RSVP

Did anyone do this?  If so what website did you use?  I plan to have RSVP cards in my invitation but I would like to also do an electronic version as well.  Suggestions anyone?

Re: Online RSVP

  • I'm not doing it. I'll stick with the good old fashioned mailed cards. How will you control who has access to the site to RSVP?

  • i wouldnt just because i like the old fashioned way, and because what if the site crashes or your email and you lose all the rsvp's? I personally like having it in my hand so i can look at it and be sure.
  • I did it but ppl still called b/c you have to remember the ppl that don't really use the computer that often, but if you have a large guest list and don't want to pay for stamps both ways its great. Plus its easier for you to keep a record. I created and designed my own website for free using webs.com but it only allows for like 30 submission a month, which didn't bother me b/c no one rsvp at the same time lol.
  • I did online and rsvp cards w/ enevelope and stamp. I had one person to rsvp online! For whatever reason people did not utilize the alternative option.

  • I did both mailed and website. I used mywedding.com. I left it open and no one errant RSVp'd on there. It also helped with people seeing other info

  • I did both mail/online rsvp. I've only had 4 people rsvp through there. I used weddingwire.com

  • I did both...online RSVP and mailed out RSVP cards. I had most of my guest RSVP online. I had a password to it. You could only RSVP if your name was in the system. It helped me keep track of all my RSVP's and printed out reports of various things easily. I used
It also allowed me to put other very important information about the wedding like my Informational card on the wedding website.

  • I used wedmedo.com but it's a paid site. It's great because you can password protect the rsvp page or upload ur glist so the site knows who's invited when people type in their names. I love the functionality of the site!!!! We printed ersvp cards with a password n regular RSVP cards for the folks who weren't as internet savy.
