NEEDS HELP CANNOT CONTACT THE KNOT... ORDER SENT TO WRONG STATE AND ADDRESS

I really need help -  my order for my bridal party gifts was sent to a very nice girl in another state all together, she contacted me through facebook to let me know what happened, but I CANNOT contact theknot through the telephone and there is no email or address for me to write to, i'm very upset actually and i really need someones help ASAP, hopefully someone associated with thknot...

    Have you tried calling the knot shop? (800) 390-9784 is their customer service line or you can email them at customerservice@theknot.com. Be very careful about giving the other girl your address as I've heard that this can possibly be a scam from the girl who received your items. Good luck!
