Wedding Photography Poll

Ok, so we have 2 photogs we like. Photog A has a great personality and seemed very professional. Her work is beautiful. Photog B had a good personality as well, was a little less professional, but definitely very fun. His work is also beautiful and his package is $550 less than photog A. Both photogs are within our budget.

Comparing the two I'd say Photog A wins on professionalism and slightly on work and personality, but just slightly.. Photog B wins by a lot in price.

What do you think? Who should we go for?  Thanks for the help!!!  =)

    I say A- if both are in your price range, then the quality of work and the personality are MUCH more important than savings if you can afford it easily in your budget. You are going to be working with this person throughout the whole day so you have to really get along with them. Pictures are all you are going to have (video too if you are doing that) to show people (and your future children) about your wedding so they are very important.

    Photography is the most important part for me. Great photos is what makes doing everything else worth it.

    I say go w/ A. You want this person to be organized, professional and on top of all the things going on in your wedding.

    Thanks everyone!!!  I am glad I posted this on here.  I put another one on FB and every single one of my friends voted for B!!  But, I think that current brides have a different POV, so its really good to have you all's opinions!!  I'll probably make my final decision and let you all know who I go with!  =)

    I think it depends what you mean by professionsl- If you mean, just the demeanor of the person, then that might not be so important, since you like them both, but if you mean professional as in returning phonecalls and that stuff, then I think that counts for a whole lot more.  Good luck!

    Ok, so my fiance and I went back and looked some more at their work and now we are thinking we may like photog B's work slightly more.  Ahhhh!!!  How did you all decide this???  These decisions are so hard!!!!

    Price was a HUGE factor for me.  Based on what you've said, I'd go with B.

    Also, for the extra $550, are those the same exact photo packages, or does one include more or less?

    To decide we went based on: (price obviously, but all the ones we looked at were about the same price), their pictures, and how we felt about the person. Being comfortable with your photog is really important. Good luck!

    Yes, those are for the same packages.  My fiance and I are just so completely torn!!  Ahhh!!!  =)

    Price was my number one factor and since they are almost equal in quality...I'd say B. Think about what you could do with the $500+ you'd save!!
