Okay, I went to their website and downloaded their menu. Their prices seemed reasonable and the pictures on their website looked very nice. However, from what I can tell they've got terrible customer service. I emailed them on November 22nd asking to schedule a tasting and asking what information they needed from me. I never got an email or a call back. I gave them a call on the 26th telling them that I had emailed and never heard back and asked about scheduling a tasting while on the phone. I told her that from that point until December 15th I was pretty much available any day at any time. She told me to email her my ideal menu and we'd work out a date/time afterwards. I emailed her that day the menu I wanted. She didn't get back to me until December 1st, telling me the items she would put together for me and asking me to send her a time and date that I wanted to get together. So I immediately replied to that email asking if this Thursday December 9th around noon was okay and never got a response. Yesterday I sent her a second email asking if she had received the first and repeated that I would like to schedule my tasting for this Thursday. I still have had no response and have decided that I am
not going to use this caterer. If it is this much of a hassle just to schedule a tasting then what is it going to be like trying to get her to cater my wedding???
I've not sampled her food (never having the chance to) and I've only spoken with her once on the phone - and she was very nice at that time. However, I couldn't imagine running a business and not responding to someone trying to use your services. I'm not saying you shouldn't use them, but if you do then beware - you might have a tough time ahead!!
