  Thanks ladies!  We're gonna start with finding a good yet affordable caterer...would love suggestions! I have some ideas in mind for DJ, makeup/hair, and photographer although I'd still love some recs.  We aren't sure at all about officiant and videographer (inexpensive).  Thanks in advance for any recommendations you can share

  Check out Plain or Fancy Catering and Andress Photography, both are pretty reasonable and based out of the Concord and Kannapolis area.  I loved Delectables by Holly, they are based out of Charlotte but they'll probably be a bit more expensive.  Ken Thomas Photography is based out of Kannaoplis and they're pretty affordable, he shot my cousin's wedding but the photos didn't have that wow factor for me.  

  
  

  Oh look at the Memorial Gardens in downtown Concord, it's very close to your venue and it has some really pretty spots if you need a nice back drop for your pictures.  I think they do charge a small fee to shoot there, maybe 50$?  The Vintage Motor Club is such a cool spot, but I don't remember there being much green area outside for picture taking.  Congrats to you!
