My DH sent me a link to our neighbor's home which appears to be listed as a short sale (had no clue he was selling, guessing he's being forced to sell)
He's an old guy - and I've never been inside his house (so it may need be thoroughly washed before moving in)...

I'm partial because I love our neighborhood... lots of greenery and it's nicely located in between Route 27 and Route 1.
