Signature Drink Ideas?

Anyone have any suggestions for signature drinks? We're having a Sunday afternoon reception in May. Our venue is indoor/outdoor (hopefully the weather will allow for us to be mostly outside). We are serving apps followed with a lunch. We'll have a hosted bar with wine, beer, and champagne but we're thinking we'd like to add a fun cocktail or two to the selection. Any ideas?

    We did a "John Daly" which is an Arnold Palmer, but made with sweet tea vodka. That would be nice and light and refreshing for a spring/summer afternoon wedding. It was a big hit with our guests.

    Gin is another liquor that would be nice for May. Or even tequila (a tequila sunrise?). I don't like mint, but a lot of people like mojitos for warm weather.

    mojito.... you can mix any type of fruit. Also for fun a cotton candy martini. you actually pour the liquor over cotton candy and it dissolves
