Searching For Cheap Venue that allows own catering!

Please help! My Fiance lost his job so now we have to give up our venue because we can no longer afford it. We are looking to have an outdoor wedding and reception or something we can have inside and outside. It has to have bathrooms (no porta potties). We want to get our own caterer and bring our own alcohol. Not in chicago. Anyone have any ideas we are completely lost and our wedding is July 3rd!

    Which direction out of chicago are you looking for? Im in the northern suburbs by the IL/ WI border and have LOTS of suggestions. Try looking into club houses/buildings like the Moose or the Elks or the Vets, they allow outside catering at some as well as have super cheap catering. We are having ours at a sportsmans' club which had a large hall available, since we knew a member it only cost $200 for the entire weekend  (friday- setup/rehersal, saturday- reception, sunday- breakfast for immediate family and bridal party/tear down) and it allows us to bring in our food and liquor. Its so pretty has a huge wall fireplace with large stone sitting bench (perfect for taking photos!) and its easy to take down the club decor and put up my own and not feel like I'm in a dingy boys club.

    Did you have any luck with your venue? Because I'm not too thrilled with venue prices and I don't like the idea of porta-potties either.
