My girls threw me SUCH a wonderful shower! I feel so incredibly blessed to have such great bridesmaids, especially my MOH (on my left) and her helper who is also a friend of ours (the blonde one looking at me lol)

Admiring FMIL's bow skills before opening my first of TWO kitchenaid mixers. Yep. I got two lol. FMIL and a few of the other ILs chipped in for one (the one that wasn't on my registry). My mom and the women on her side chipped in for the one on my registry. While the one from the ILs was bigger and had more power, it was TOO big. It was tall. And honestly, it wasn't as pretty (as lame of a reason to choose between the two lol) So I took that one back to Sears and got a gift card instead.

FMIL and FSIL (the girl in the red dress in the top pic) were apparently rather rude to my other BMs, which I wasn't pleased with. Even my grandmother, who I've never said anything too about issues with FMIL, commented how FMIL really seemed to have a holier-than-thou attitude (which hits the nail on the head when describing her). I guess I should have expected it outta them though unfortunately. I'm glad I wasn't told about it until after the shower though.
We played fun games. THe icebreaker was where everyone had the name of a famous wife on their back and you had to ask yes or no questions to figure out who you were. I was Eve from the bible lol. Now we need to find room for all the new stuff.........
