Hi ladies. I'm fairly new to this group. I've tried for the past few months to get into a good workout routine but of course, life has gotten in the way and I havn't made a habit out of it. But now I finally am ready to make a change. My wedding is 5 months away and now its crunch time (I know I won't see drastic results in only 5 months but I don't really need to lose a ton of weight- I want to lose a few lbs and tone up). So I'm hoping some you ladies can help keep me on track and motivated
