Has anyone used DIgital Dreams Photography in Houston, TX before? I have contracted the owner, and now that dates for the bridal portriat and wedding is approaching, he is NOT returning phone calls, e- mails, etc. He says that his business has been robbed, but that he is insured and is going to get everthing back, but something feels funny. I have called/e-mailed once a every other day during the weekday trying to get a hold of him, and but no response. When my fiance called tonight (from another number) he answered! He gave an excuse that he doesn't have good e-mail/phone access. (He managed to answer from a different number)
When I interviewed him at first he semed very professional and prompt, and now it seems like he is doing all the opposite. I m getting REALLY worried because the date for my bridal portrat and wedding is coming up (MArch 4th and 14th) and it would be the WORST if he was a no show or it had to be a constant battle just to communicate with him.
For anyone who used this company, what was your exerience. I''m even starting to think the worst now. I have already given him a deposit,, but now I'm afraid that I'm just in some type of scam, where I won't ever get the portraits, or get another photographer, etc.
If anyone else has had a problem with this photography company, please let me know.
