We're having our insuite welcome reception catered by Magianno's. We're a little frustrated/confused about how much food to order. We talked to them a few weeks ago and they suggested quantities and when we called yesterday to place the order they said it probably wasn't enough food...so I thought I'd turn to the experts...what do you think? Is this enough food or do we need more? We're expecting about 40-50 people. I definitely don't want to run out of food, but at the same time, I don't want way too much.
Each full order (i.e., pan) is supposed to feed 16-18.
