Alright, anyone here deal with allergies? I love running in the morning but the problem is by the time I get up (5 or 6 am depending on the day for morning workouts) I am SO congested I feel like I'm going to keel over, and it takes awhile for the meds to kick in. Result? My running TOTALLY pays the price! Any suggestions/recommendations? How do you ladies handle it?
