Crisis Averted!

Our DJ got back to us!  It was a mix-up on his part.  Thank God!  And thank you, ladies, for having my back, for all of the advice, and for reminding me to stay calm and give it a day or two (though I can't promise you I didn't break down in tears a couple times today).

    whew, I'm so glad it worked out for you!! I was thinking about you today, hoping this got resolved (in a non-creepy way of course, lol) I can't imagine being in that situation, I definitely would've been freaking out. Hopefully it will be smooth sailing from here!

    Thanks, ladies!  I just re-read the email he sent and apparently he's going to throw in some extra lights for us because he felt bad and he even offered to come to us when we reschedule because he knows we're a bit of a drive from him, so he's definitely trying to make up for it and he seems totally sincere. 

    Cindy - I doubt it'll be smooth sailing, but at least I know we'll have good music, good food, and my FI will be there.  As long as those three work out in my favor, I'll be happy (oh, and good weather would be an awesome bonus)!  :-)

    oh my...I just read your other post and if that would have happened to me I would have been out of control so I think you did just fine...I'm glad you actually heard back from him and let's hope this is the only issue that you have to deal with until your wedding day ;]

    So glad it worked out! If you needed a backup DJ, I was going to suggest this really amazing website someone put together that lists reviews from NJ Knotties. She worked really hard on it and it is a valuable resource. :-) Glad you don't need it.
