i'm using 312 photobooth. i don't think it's the cheapest, but it's an actual photobooth, totally retro looking - not just a curtained area with a digital camera...
Our photographer (Georgestreet) just got one and the package was around $900 for four hours and 1 set of prints. FI and I considered it, but ultimately decided it wasn't worth it to us.
I'm contemplating using my DJ's (if we can fit it into the budget). Fantastic DJs/Wow what a wedding offers a photo booth package independently. For four hours its $800, with an attendant, props, two copies of the photo and I believe a disc of all of the photos. I really hope we can make it work! Stupid budget....always ruining all the fun!

We are using Chicagoland Photobooth for our 8-8-10 wedding. They have been great to work with so far, are quick with communication and questions, and were willing to let us take a 'break' for dinner and use the rest of the hours in our package after dinner.
Should have official reviews after the wedding, but even our real photographer recommends them. Good luck in your search.
I concur with Jenniferandstephen. We are using CPB in June, 2011.
Communication is ridiculously quick, clear, and friendly. I have worked exclusively via email for the moment to retain a "paper trail".
The package includes unlimited strips, 4 hours (which they will also split to stretch out time and not waste "downtime" while guests are eating), attendant, and DVD. Personalization is also included. That is their basic package and it is $895. For an additional $100 we are making the memory book, which includes copies of every strip taken that night, & supplies to create the book on the premises.
Chicagoland Photobooth is also partnered with MDM Entertainment. If you book their DJ, you get the photobooth for $800. Otherwise their 4 hour package starts at like $950 and 6 hour is just under $1300
Actually, MrsPaps, I believe Photobooth Express is the company that partners with MDM entertainment----NOT Chicagoland Photobooth. Because we are using CPB I had a moment of budgetary excitement-----we have not locked in our lighting package and I thought perhaps we might be able to use our photobooth contract to "negotiate" a better lighting package with MDM. Just an FYI....
