PSA: Groupon

Do you all know about this? It is AWESOME!

I will acknowledge that I am often the last one to learn about new trends, so it is entirely possible that ALL of you have been using this for months. However, in the off chance that I can help another trend-challenged bride-to-be save some moola, here it is...

http://www.groupon.com/

So far I only bought one thing- a month of unlimited Bikram (hot yoga), which is murderous, but such a great deal!!!

I just signed up to receive their twitter updates. I never remember to check websites for things like daily specials, it's the only reason I signed up for twitter!

LOVE IT!  Although, I like www.buywithme.com better since the deals are up for longer than 1 day.  That way I don't impulse buy as much... if I still want something a few days later, I buy it!

Thanks for the other ideas ladies- I did not know about those sites.

I had signed up for Rue La La and Ideeli, but even though they give you a deep discount, the prices are still usually too much for me to consider it a "good" deal! (ie. $1200 instead of $5000 for some super rare down PILLOWS!). HA!

There is also woot.com, which has a few other sites that offer deals for kids, graphic t's, or sellout which is a small collection of amazing deals that link to sites other than woot.

Woot does one deal per day, except when they get a large amount of backstock, which is when they hold their "woot off" and put the items back up until they are sold, then load another item for sale. They sell everything too. I've seen chef knife sets to walky-talky wristwatches to a washer and dryer.
