Where did you get your wedding cake?

Hello Knotties
 
So far i have  only met with Maureen from Some Diff Cake Couture. She was super sweet and has so much talent.  I told her what i had in mind and she was sketching away.  We tried one slice of cake 1/2 was white other was choc, cake was good but i def wanna see what else is out there.  Any rec's?  Thanks!!!

    I'm using Shemry's Cakery (formerly Corby Cakes). I loved the cake at my tasting and her pricing is very reasonable. She's worth checking out.

    We are in between Sin & Scrumptions.  Love both and I can't decide.

    We used Shemry for our wedding cake and Scrumptions for the groom's cake (served at the RD).  Both were delicious!

    we're using sin desserts. jen was great and we can't wait to see our cake next week!

    shemry's cakes was who we were going to meet next but we ended up booking sin; they were great to communicate with and their site looked good too. I had also reached out to diane's sweet toothe (she's had some great reviews on this site) but we didnt connect in time.

    not sure where you are getting married but in the boston area two big bakers to consider are kondieter meister (not sure of spelling) and party favors. they do travel to ri but they are not local. just an additional thought.

    I used Maureen for both my shower cake and wedding cake and everything was perfect! High recommended!
